RETURNS: We accept returns & exchanges within 7 calendar days of receipt of your order.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

1)  Securely package the pot using the same packing materials it arrived in. Be sure to pack the pot so it can withstand the rigors of shipping. We are not able to issue a refund for products that arrive damaged. Using the same bubble wrap & peanuts the pot arrived in should ensure it's safe arrival.

NOTE: Don't forget to include the wood tray. If the wood tray is not included with the return, we deduct $5 from the refund. 

2) Drop the package off at any United States Postal Service, UPS or FedEx branch. HINT: The Post Office is the cheapest way to ship and provides free tracking info. 

3) Email us with a return tracking # so we may anticipate the pots' arrival at our studio. If the package is lost and you do not have a tracking number we are not able to issue a refund.
